This notice explains how bluelionwebsites.com uses cookies, browser storage, security technologies and similar tools.
It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
2. Current Position
The public website does not currently use application cookies or browser storage for:

- Cross-site tracking.

The website application does not currently use:
- Google Analytics.
- Google Tag Manager.
- Meta Pixel.

- Advertising tags.
- Analytics identifiers.

Because no optional analytics or marketing trackers are active, Blue Lion does not currently display a general cookie-consent banner.
3. Cloudflare Hosting and Security
Blue Lion uses Cloudflare to host, deliver and protect the website.
Cloudflare necessarily processes technical request information such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested resource to provide content delivery, security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Depending on the active Cloudflare security feature and the visitor’s circumstances, Cloudflare may use a strictly necessary security cookie, such as a clearance cookie, to record that a browser has completed a security challenge.
These technologies are used for security and service delivery, not by Blue Lion for advertising or marketing analytics.
4. Cloudflare Turnstile
Blue Lion uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from bots and abusive submissions.
Turnstile runs security checks in the browser and issues a short-lived token that is validated by the Blue Lion API.
The production widget should operate without Turnstile pre-clearance. In that configuration, Turnstile normally provides a one-time verification token rather than a persistent optional analytics cookie.
Turnstile may still process technical browser, device and network signals required to determine whether a submission appears legitimate.
5. Regional Pricing
Cloudflare derives a general country code from the visitor’s IP address so the website can display appropriate regional pricing.
Blue Lion uses this only to select the relevant pricing display.
The website application does not create a cross-site profile or place an analytics cookie for this purpose.
6. Website Fonts
Website fonts are hosted by Blue Lion or its normal hosting infrastructure.
A visitor’s browser does not need to contact Google Fonts merely to display the website typography.
7. Contact, Privacy and Accessibility Forms
Submitting a form does not subscribe the visitor to advertising tracking.
The forms use:
- Cloudflare Turnstile.
- A hidden honeypot field.
- Server-side validation.
- Rate limiting.
Information submitted through a form is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Email Tracking
Blue Lion does not use invisible open-tracking pixels or tracked links in its ordinary enquiry acknowledgements, one-to-one sales emails, privacy replies, accessibility replies or legal replies.
Technical email delivery, bounce, failure, block, spam-complaint and suppression information may still be processed where necessary to operate and protect email delivery.
9. Stripe Payment Pages
Payments are completed on payment pages hosted by Stripe rather than directly within the public Blue Lion website.
Stripe may use its own necessary, security, fraud-prevention and preference technologies. Stripe’s own privacy and cookie information applies to those pages.
10. Future Analytics or Marketing Technology
If Blue Lion introduces optional analytics or marketing technology in the future:
- This notice and the Privacy Policy will be updated.
- The provider and purpose will be identified.
- The relevant technology will remain blocked before consent where consent is required.
- Visitors will receive a way to accept or reject optional categories.
- Visitors will be able to change or withdraw their choice.
No optional analytics should be activated merely because aggregate figures may later be displayed in a Blue Lion dashboard.
11. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow users to view, delete or block cookies and site data.
Blocking a strictly necessary security technology may prevent a form or another protected function from working correctly.
12. Changes to This Notice
This notice may be updated if the website’s technologies, providers or legal requirements change.
